Emergency appointments

Dental emergencies do happen and can be unpleasant and worrying. So that you can get help quickly, we now have a dedicated 24-hour number which will seamlessly connect you to one of our team of dentists - you can use this whether or not you're registered with us.

As to fees, if you can come and see us during normal surgery hours, we charge our usual rates. If you can't wait for surgery hours, we do have to charge you a call-out fee of £160 when you book; any further fee for consultation or treatment will be charged in addition when you come to the surgery. If you're on our Oral Health Membership Plan, you don't pay any emergency call-out fees, only normal treatment fees.
