New patients
Changing to a new dentist can be stressful and worrying. So it's important to make sure you have complete confidence in the professionals who provide your care.

To see if our approach suits you, you might want to first read about some of our existing patients' experience of our work. Then come and see us, to find out first-hand whether our approach suits you.
Our whole practice philosophy is aimed at giving you high quality, long-lasting dentistry - but also the personalised information and ongoing support you need to prevent problems. So when you come for a first appointment, we'll make sure there's enough time for a proper introduction to the practice and the staff who'll be treating you.
We'll carry out a thorough examination of your mouth and do any necessary diagnostic tests to give you a clear picture of your current condition, any problems, and how you can maintain your oral health. We'll give you a written report of what we've found, together with options if you need treatment.
As you're a first-time patient, we ask you to give us a booking deposit beforehand to reserve your appointment slot; of course, once you attend the appointment we deduct this deposit from your appointment fee.
Please note that under General Dental Council Regulations, if you come to us as a new patient, we're not able to book you in for a hygienist's appointment without seeing one of our dentists first.
