Emergencies

Dental emergencies do happen and can be unpleasant and worrying. In order to provide rapid access to a dentist for advice and attention, we now have a dedicated 24-hour number which will seamlessly connect you to one of our team of dentists. The service is available to both registered and non-registered patients. 

If you are unable to wait for an appointment during surgery hours, a call-out fee of £120 will be charged at the time of booking your emergency appointment, with the time-based fee relating to your treatment, plus any x-rays, etc. taken when you attend the surgery.

Children enrolled on our junior membership scheme will not be charged any call-out fee if they need to be seen out of normal surgery hours.
