Rob Ward BDS RCS MSc (Perio)

I qualified from the Royal London Hospital in 1992. After three years in general practice, I commenced Specialist training at the Eastman Dental Institute, being awarded a masters degree in 1997 and being admitted to the GDC Specialist Register in Periodontics in 2001. I now run a periodontology referral clinic in Milton Keynes, as well as being the specialist periodontist on the Granta Dental team.

Periodontal (gum) health is often overlooked, despite being the most common cause of tooth loss. I am able to contribute my wide experience to the practice team to deliver care and treatment of gum problems and diseases. I provide both routine periodontal treatments in close association with our hygienist and more complex periodontal surgery where required.

I can accept referrals for all aspects of periodontal treatment and provide this important service as an integrated part of the dental healthcare for our registered patients. I pride myself in providing a high standard of care with a sympathetic attitude.
