May I introduce myself. I qualified in 1981 BDS from Trivandrum Dental College, India and went on to complete a Master’s Programme in Paedodontics in Panjab and was awarded a First Order Silver Merit Award. I continued to work and teach in the Department of Child Dental Health, and led the department.

Since coming to the UK I completed my M.Orth. at the Royal London Hospital and was awarded the David DiBiase Clinical Excellence Award for outstanding Clinical Excellence in Orthodontics from and Clinical Case Award for clinical achievement at the British Orthodontic Conference at Harrogate.

I am registered on the Specialist List for Orthodontics. GDC registration number 81526

I joined the team at this practice in December 2003 to provide orthodontics on a private basis. Together with my colleagues we are able to offer treatment for individuals requiring an integrated approach combining orthodontic, restorative, prosthetic and implant applications. Referrals would be welcome, my particular interests and expertise include:

• Fixed and functional appliance treatment in children
• Interdisciplinary orthodontics involving Paediatric Dentistry, Restorative Dentistry, Prosthodontics, Periodontics and Implant Dentistry
• Lingual orthodontics (Invisible braces)
• Adult orthodontics
• Dento-facial Orthopaedics
• Advanced periodontally involved cases which require orthodontic intervention
