Emma Hill

Reception Manager and Dental Nurse

I joined Granta Dental in 1998, obtaining my National Certificate in dental nursing in 2000. I completed my Radiography for Dental Nurses qualification in 2002.

I worked as a general nurse in hospital for 8 years prior to joining Granta Dental as a trainee dental nurse.  My role and responsibilities have gradually extended to that of my current position of Reception Manager.  Whilst I have retained some of my duties as a dental nurse I am now mainly involved in patient liaison, reception management and Human Resources.

Chloe Bailey

I am currently studying for my NVQ Level 2 qualification in Dental Nursing.

I provide chair side support for the dentists and hygienist. I am responsible for the cross contamination control audit and for making sure the surgeries are well stocked at all times.

Agnes Chrzan

I qualified as a dental nurse in Poland in 2007 where I worked in practice before moving to the UK.

I work as an orthodontic nurse and I am also responsible for laboratory work within Granta Dental.

I am interested in orthodontics (the treatment of misaligned teeth) and dental surgery.

Patricia Huckle

Dental Nurse

I started working at Granta Dental in 2000 and qualified as a dental nurse in 2002. I later went on to obtain my qualification in Dental Radiography.

In addition to being a chair side dental nurse, I also work closely with the reception manager and provide reception cover. I am responsible for stock control and perform the credit control function within Granta Dental.

Leah Zumeris

I have recently gained my Dental Nursing Qualification and have been awarded Apprentice of the Year 2011 by Cambridge Regional College.

As well as providing chair side nursing support, I am responsible for maintenance of the dental equipment  within the practice.  I also carry out simple repairs on removable orthodontic appliances.

I am particularly interested in functional orthodontics (the levelling and alignment of teeth to provide optimal function of the jaw joint). I also enjoy repairing breakages on removable appliances

Prior to Granta Dental I was employed by a software company and worked in marketing, accounts, facilities and administration.

I act as a PA to Helen Harrison and I am also responsible for IT, Marketing, Facilities Management and Compliance (ensuring that we adhere to all the necessary rules and regulations governing the dental industry).
