GDC no 60779

I qualified in 1985 from the Royal London Hospital and have worked mostly in general dental practice ever since; I gained the Diploma in General Dental Practice from the Royal College of Surgeons in 1995.

My interests and skills are in providing high-quality repairs and replacements for teeth, together with prevention of dental problems. I also have a particular interest in the functional aspects of jaw joints and teeth and the way they affect and are affected by general health and fitness.

I established the Granta Dental team in 1990 because I wanted to create a practice which specialises in personalised, holistic dental care by understanding and responding to the individual needs of every patient. I'm delighted to say that I've now built a committed and professional team that does just that.

Dental Implants, Dental Surgery and General Dentistry
University of Witwatersrand, 1984

GDC no 59128

Stuart has been in private dentistry for over 30 years. He built and managed a successful group of practices before selling them to focus on surgical work, implants and orthodontics.

Stuart has also advised dental practices on their marketing and growth strategies. The benefits include: growth of the patient base, enhanced patient-centred dentistry, and an optimised patient journey.

Stuart still works full time in-clinic, practicing all aspects of general dentistry, with a focus on implants, orthodontics and minor periodontal procedures.

He has a strong interest in facial aesthetics and provides a full range of facial aesthetic treatments. Stuart believes this will be an enormous growth area for dental practices and can support principals and associates to grow their skills and patient list in this area.
